BrightMove's 2025 Wins Pave the Way for 2026 Innovation

As we step into 2026, BrightMove stands at the forefront of recruitment technology, armed with the momentum from a transformative 2025. Our completion of the SOC 2 audit, a comprehensive infrastructure upgrade, and the triumphant launch of Wiz AI and Engage features have not only solidified our position as a leader in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) but also set the stage for groundbreaking AI-driven advancements. With customer satisfaction (CSAT) soaring at 91%, overall customer experience (CX) scores of 89.3% including our AI agents, and an impressive 91.8% for human team interactions, we’re poised to redefine how staffing agencies and HR teams conquer the talent market. Let’s dive into how these achievements build on our pillars of operational excellence and propel us toward an even bolder future.

Reflecting on 2025

A Year of Relentless Innovation and Reliability

2025 was a banner year for BrightMove, marked by 14 major releases that delivered tangible value to our users. From enhancing email compositions with intuitive editors to automating submittal evaluations through Engage, these updates streamlined workflows and boosted efficiency across the board. Key highlights include:

  • Launch of Wiz AI and Engage Features: Wiz AI emerged as a game-changer, debuting in limited beta in April and evolving through contextual prompts for personalized emails, SMS, and job descriptions. By June, it integrated deeper understanding across applicant and job contexts, while Engage’s automatic AI evaluations in September scored submittals instantly, accelerating screening processes. Engage SMS, directly integrated within the ATS platform, allows for seamless text messaging and chat all from one common interface.  These innovations are a force multiplier for recruiting teams, enabling recruiters and hiring managers to engage with more qualified candidates than ever before.
  • SOC 2 Compliance Achievement: In mid-January 2025, we earned our first ever SOC 2 certification after a rigorous nine-month process in partnership with Vanta and Advantage Partners. This milestone underscores our unwavering commitment to data security, ensuring that our controls for protecting customer information are not just designed effectively but operate seamlessly. As we stated in our announcement, “The protection of customer data is the highest priority for our team,” and this certification empowers our users to scale their businesses with confidence in a threat-laden digital landscape.  In January 2026, we successfully completed our second SOC2 audit with no exceptions!  See our Trust Page for more information on this achievement.
  • Infrastructure Upgrades and Uptime Excellence: Our large-scale infrastructure enhancements, including improved platform monitoring and automated session reloads post-deployment, contributed to 100% uptime since the start of the year—with zero significant outages. This reliability ensured that recruiters could run high-volume campaigns without interruption, aligning perfectly with our quality pillar of operational excellence.

    In our midyear check-in, we reported eight high-quality releases by June, a 92.2% CX score over the prior 30 days, efficient scaling through AI automation, and proactive security measures validated by SOC 2. By the time we got to the end of the year, that number had reached 14, while holding steady in CX and CSAT.  Moreover, our designation as a 2025 Indeed Platinum ATS Partner in recognition of our advanced integrations further amplified our ability to deliver seamless candidate experiences, minimizing manual inputs and synchronizing job data for optimal hiring outcomes.

This feature will optimize engagement, enabling recruiters to deliver compelling, data-backed sendouts that accelerate decision-making and boost placement success rates by up to 25%, all while maintaining our commitment to quality and efficiency in the hiring pipeline.
    • Smart Interview Scheduling Powered by AI: Say goodbye to scheduling headaches with our new AI agent that intelligently coordinates calendars across recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers. By analyzing availability, time zones, and preferences in real-time, it proposes optimal meeting slots and automates confirmations, reducing back-and-forth communications by 40% and ensuring seamless interviews that keep the recruitment process moving at peak speed.
    • Expanding Wiz for Real-Time Talent Matching: Wiz will evolve beyond submittal evaluation  & classification to enable predictive, real-time talent matching.  Imagine AI that scans resumes, job requirements, and market trends instantaneously to suggest ideal candidates, reducing time-to-hire by up to 30%. This builds on 2025’s contextual enhancements, ensuring hyper-personalized recommendations that drive superior placement rates.
    • Improved Power Search on a New Data Platform: Harnessing our upgraded data infrastructure, Power Search will deliver lightning-fast results through enhanced full-text and vector searching capabilities. This evolution enables recruiters to uncover hidden talent gems with unprecedented precision—querying resumes, notes, and profiles using natural language or semantic vectors for smarter matches, slashing search times by up to 50% and elevating the overall efficiency of your talent acquisition strategy.
    • Integrating AIOps for Predictive Maintenance: Drawing from our cost management pillar, we’ll deploy AIOps to anticipate system needs, automate routine tasks, and prevent downtime before it occurs. This proactive approach aims for zero adverse impacts on user experience, extending our 100% uptime streak while optimizing resources to keep operational costs low—potentially cutting them by 20% through smarter automation.

    These initiatives will be supported by enhancements to LightHub 2.0, our AI-powered support platform which we launched in February 2025. With proactive, personalized assistance anticipating user needs, we’ll push CX scores beyond 90%, ensuring every interaction adds business value.
