Wiz AI introduces assistive intelligence directly within the BrightMove workflow, giving recruiters the ability to leverage AI without disrupting their established recruiting processes.
The first component, Wiz Engage Eval, is available immediately. Engage Eval reviews and scores resumes associated with a specific position, helping recruiters quickly identify top-fit candidates and prioritize their outreach. By reducing time spent manually reviewing resumes, recruiters can focus more attention on candidate engagement and client relationships.
A second component, Wiz AI Converse, is scheduled for release soon. Converse will generate structured, recruiter-ready email drafts when presenting candidates to hiring managers. Whether summarizing a single candidate’s strengths or comparing multiple candidates side-by-side, Converse is designed to enhance clarity, consistency, and decision speed.
